The movie revolves around the investigation of a murder in a seemingly peaceful village. Inspector Deepak Negi, upon sensing foul play, orders a post-mortem on Warden Sangeeta’s body, leading to the revelation that her death was unnatural. As the plot thickens, unexpected truths about the warden and the possible motives behind her murder emerge.
This 113-minute film holds the audience’s attention with its suspenseful moments and light humor. The well-developed characters keep viewers guessing as the plot twists towards a shocking and unpredictable climax. However, the film introduces too many characters, which can make it difficult to follow. Deepak Negi’s actions and backstory towards the end feel somewhat predictable, and while his character is intended to be eccentric, it doesn’t fully come across that way.
Despite some of the drawbacks in editing and pacing, the film is visually stunning, thanks to Sayak Bhattacharya’s cinematography.
